As the lead project manager for Persolkelly HR Services' new 150-staff office, I collaborated extensively with Maincourse Architect and Sensesign team to ensure the project's success. I was involved in every stage, from initial consultation to design and eventual completion, diligently managing budgets and securing necessary development approvals.
Managed daily communications and relationships with multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and designers, effectively overcoming challenges during construction to minimise operational disruptions. I was engaged further to source furniture props and style the office for its grand opening, fulfilling the director's vision.
